DBI’s CEO François Riston is keen to “pursue the development of Dim, a jewel in the French textile industry’s crown, throughout Europe, building on the local leadership of our other brands Nur Die, Lovable, Bellinda and Abanderado.” To accelerate growth, DBI will also rely on product innovation, on its presence across all retail and e-tail formats, and on its CSR commitments.
 
DBI has some 3,300 employees in 10 countries, and indicated it will rely on “the talent and passion of its staff all around Europe, and on its robust industrial, logistics and administrative infrastructure.” In 2020, the group reportedly generated a revenue worth between $500 and $600 million

In France, DBI will notably continue to commercialise underwear brand Playtex
 
Regent L.P., which became the new owner of DBI for the symbolic sum of €1, according to the AFP agency, is already active in the fashion and lingerie sectors, holding stakes in La Senza, EscadaClub Monaco
