The neglected to post an outfit she wore on April 23, 2022. So a year later, she celebrated the ’fit’s one-year anniversary by finally posting a pic. In the shot, posted Sunday, Lively is wearing a purple sleeveless body-con minidress with a scoop neck by Sergio Hudson. She paired the dress with red Louboutin heels and a red clutch. Her hair is down, wavy, and parted to the side (a.k.a. the Serena van der Woodsen signature). She’s also wearing some dangly earrings.
In the caption, Lively wrote, “happy one year anniversary to the day I meant to post this photo.”

The outfit has been seen before, though. Lively was photographed by paparazzi one year ago arriving to Gigi Hadid’s birthday party in New York City.
In the snap shared on IG, Lively is posing in front of a large portrait of the artist Frida Kahlo. Salma Hayek, who was nominated for an Oscar for her portrayal of Kahlo in the 2002 film Frida, was quick to insert herself into the narrative. “By the way that’s me in the background photobombing your hot body picture. Happy anniversary my friend 😜😘💃,” Hayek wrote in the comments.
Blake Lively might be a busy new mother of four, but she still had time to post for Hadid’s 28th birthday this weekend. In addition to posting the throwback, Lively celebrated Hadid in her IG Stories, sharing a photo of Hadid kissing her head (also from last year’’ party, per the date which Lively crossed out and amended to read “2023”) and wrote “my queen today and every day.”
