Stop what you’re doing and take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. You need to prepare yourself for Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid practicing for the Marc Jacobs show in New York. Because their hair is…so much.
In, out. Inhale, exhale. In, out. Okay. Let’s get into it. On Monday, June 27, the sisters Hadid walked in a rehearsal for the next Marc Jacobs fashion show at the New York Public Library. Since this is just a rehearsal, we can safely assume that the white robe Bella wore isn’t part of the line, and Gigi’s crop top and pink pants combo may have been brought from home. But honestly, we’re here to talk about the hair.
Both models rocked long, dark pin-straight hair and blunt micro-bangs with that shaved-on-the-sides look, which would be dramatic and punk enough on its own…but they threw in bleached brows to take it further over the top.
The look seems to be the result of placing a dramatic wig over a bald cap, but Gigi doesn’t want you to know that. “ANYTHING 4 MARC,” she wrote in an Instagram caption with a razor emoji. “So much love and appreciation for the whole team.” Sure, Gigi. Whatever you say. Then again, Gigi Hadid has a history of favoring the bleached brows look, so we know she’s not afraid of a bit of drama.

The very same day, Bella was spotted with her actual hair slicked down under a jacket that she seemed to be using to protect herself from the drizzle.
Like her sister, Bella Hadid also shared a few backstage photos on Instagram, which she captioned by simply tagging Marc Jacobs.
