The ‘brasserie’ has been transformed into a “disco-inspired snowscape for the holidays – it’s cosy, inviting and buzzing with festive excitement”.

And this season’s famous faces include actress Chloë Sevigny and musician Anderson Paak, who “shine like stars wearing H&M’s sparkling new collection”.

The campaign was directed by Bardia Zeinali and is the second chapter of the Brasserie Hennes universe.

The company said the festive special comes after “the success of our Fall visit”.

Alongside Sevigny and Paak, stars also include models Paloma Elsesser, Jill Kortleve, Adut Akech Bior and Jordan

The campaign will be released on 10 November and by then the collection pieces will be available in stores and at hm.com.

The retailer said its “banquet of style” encourages “confidence with its irresistible colours and textures”.

The collection and campaign launch also comes as a number of other high street retailers pull out all the stops with the launch of collections and campaigns that are heavy on sequins and other glamour-linked details.

After several years in which the party season has been damaged by the pandemic, the company and its peers are clearly not going to let the current cost-of-living crisis dampen their enthusiasm for a full-on party offer this year.

The H&M collection “has a party-ready focus with key pieces that are charged with sophistication and include the soft pink suit, the pink long-sleeve sparkle dress the black fringe dress with elements of sequins and the high-neck silver sequinned dress. The black fringed-hem dress, navy sequinned mini dress, the elevated mock-neck cropped jumper and fringed skirt set are additional pieces of note”.

Statement accessories such as a rhinestone headpiece, bold pink rhinestone earrings and a diamanté draping bra, “all crave the spotlight”.

And for footwear, “shimmering platform heels, over-the-knee black heeled boots and candy pink pumps are ideal for the dance floor”.
