Express names Jason Judd chief financial officer

Judd joins Express from Big Lots, where he served as SVP, corporate finance and treasurer since October 2019. In this role, he was responsible for FP&A, treasury, risk management, and investor relations. 

Prior to that, he was CFO of Justice at Ascena

Judd replaces Matthew Moellering who served as acting chief financial officer, following the departure of Perry Pericleous in November 2021. His position is effective April 4th and he will report directly to CEO Tim Baxter.

Launched in 1980, Express currently operates over 550 retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, the express.com online store and the Express mobile app.
