Got Uggs for Christmas? Here’s How to Style Them

Over the past couple of years, Uggs have made a major comeback, and we’re totally here for it. The Ultra Minis dominated last winter, and this fall, celebrities like Bella Hadid and Elsa Hosk have popularized the viral Ultra Mini Platforms—to the point of selling out. If I’m being honest, I am on the waitlist.

The great thing about styling Uggs is how versatile they are. You can style them with sweatpants or leggings (how we all used to rock them in high school) or dress them up with either a sweater dress or your favorite pair of jeans. Plus, Ugg boots will keep your feet warm while keeping your look on-trend.

Have a pair of Uggs in your closet again? Keep scrolling for seven ways fashion girls are styling them this season.

1. With a blazer, a turtleneck, and a mini skirt

Although mini skirts dominated the Spring/summer 2023 runways, they can also be styled through fall and winter. Pair yours with a black turtleneck and blazer, and complete the look with Uggs and a shoulder bag. You can add a pair of tights for a little warmth and style as well.

2. With a trench coat and white socks

Honestly, anything goes with fashion right now, and I mean that in the best way possible. Grab a pair of Hanes socks and your sleekest trench coat, and pair your Uggs with them for a true fashion girl ensemble.

3. With an oversized sweater, jeans, and a baseball hat

For an effortlessly cool look, pair your Uggs with jeans and your favorite oversized sweater or sweatshirt. Then, top it off with a baseball hat. It’s the perfect off-duty look for all of your casual fall activities.

4. With jeans, a white tee, and a blazer

Looking for a comfortable mule you can style with straight-leg jeans? Look no further. Ugg slippers are cozy and functional and can be worn with a white tee, a blazer, and jeans for a sophisticated yet relaxed look.

5. With gray sweats, a puffer vest, and a baseball hat

You don’t need to be dressed up to be the most fashionable girl in the room. You can elevate your morning coffee run look with pieces you probably already have in your closet. Embrace your inner cool girl, and style your mini Uggs with a heather gray sweat set, puffer vest, and baseball hat.

6. With a monochromatic trouser set

When in doubt, go monochromatic. And in this case, do it in fall’s most luxurious color: chocolate brown. You may be thinking, “Uggs with trousers?” Yes, Uggs can be paired with virtually anything. So, why not add some comfort to your workwear-inspired look?

7. With a black puffer coat and leggings

This all-black look is nostalgic in so many ways. Fashion truly does come full circle because I easily wore this exact outfit in 2008 on repeat. For the ultimate Y2k flashback, pair your mini black Uggs with black leggings and, wait for it, a North Face puffer. *Adds puffer to cart*
