On her TikTok, Bieber took followers through a quick makeup look she’s calling Sugar Plum Fairy makeup. She explained in the caption, “When I was 16 I was the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker.. this is my 2023 version of that makeup. My go to vibe for the holiday season!”

The look starts with a light concealer under the eyes and above the cheekbone, which Bieber blends well. Next, she dusts a very pink blush on her cheeks, nose, and eyelids. She also adds a touch of gloss to her lids for a little extra shimmer. The next step is to shape the eyebrows and draw a few freckles onto the bridge of the nose before moving on to lip liner. Bieber uses her finger to blend the plum-colored lip liner into her lips, then finishes with her own peptide lip tint. And voilà!
